Before taking on the CEO role, Biren served in multiple leadership positions, including Director of Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer, where he was responsible for overseeing corporate finance, financial strategy, budgeting, and business planning. His extensive expertise in these areas has significantly strengthened the financial health and strategic direction of every organization he has led.

Biren's educational credentials include an Executive Management Program in Business Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM-C), along with a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and leadership programs from Indian School of Business (ISB) and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B).
